Ken Caryl Colorado

One of the most desirable areas in the entire metro Denver, Ken Caryl Ranch is known for its seclusion, total beauty and its unique setting. Once home to the Ute and Woodland Indians in the early 1800's, Ken Caryl Ranch was eventually purchased by John Shaffer, the owner of the Rocky Mountain Newspaper at the time. He built the 8,000 sq. ft. Manor House for his family in 1914 at a cost of $100,000
