Good Times Restaurant said Wednesday it has hired Heathcote Capital LLC as a financial adviser “in connection with a possible strategic transaction.”

The Golden-based fast-food chain (Nasdaq: GTIM) said Heathcote may help Good Times with “identifying and contacting potential acquisition targets and/or sources of financing for the company.”
