Gaylord Entertainment Co. won't build its Aurora hotel/conference center without state sales-tax-increment financing, nor will not go forward if it receives the reduced amount of funding recommended by a state-hired analyst rather than the full amount it has requested, a company official told the Colorado Economic Development Commission (EDC) Thursday.
